Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive deal structure from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure process adherence and reduce delays.
- Provide support to Account Executives and Account Managers across all divisions.
- Implement best practices to enhance profitability in deal-making.
- Manage discount processes and ensure precise updates in all systems.
- Deliver order management assistance, including processing orders and configuring customer quotes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to facilitate system enhancements.
- Work with the Business Systems team to identify and rectify system issues.
- Facilitate sales approvals while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners in Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Legal.
- Streamline and automate deal flow and validation processes.
- Assess and enhance the efficiency of deal desk operations.
- Introduce innovative methodologies to elevate the effectiveness of the Deal Desk and Order Management team.
