About the role
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success teams with the purpose of helping teams make the right decisions to grow the business. Your goal will be to ensure alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness in revenue-driving activities, providing insights and streamlining processes to meet growth objectives.
At the heart of the role, you will use customer and market data to identify new revenue opportunities, reduce revenue leakage through the customer funnel (from awareness to adopting a product) and support pricing modeling to ensure stronger conversions and margin for the business.
Day to day in the role, you will:
Streamline and automate processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to optimize revenue.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Track KPIs related to sales targets, NRR, customer lifetime value, and customer health.
Leverage customer behavior data to predict cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Enable the Growth team to identify and pursue market opportunities, whether in existing or new markets.
Collaborate with revenue teams to improve forecasting, pipeline management, and overall performance.
Support the CGO in embedding new sales processes, manage compensation schemes, and ensure cross-functional coordination and alignment of KPIs.
Oversee CRM and sales tools for accurate data and reporting.
You will have:
Experience in revenue operations or a similar role
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, enterprise sales, NRR, and upsell strategies
A commercially orientated mindset
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
Experience in a start up/scale up and expansion into new markets desirable
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive process improvements
