We are partnered with a market-leading renewables IPP on growing their Management team! The Head of Revenue Operations joins an established team in a new role supporting revenue projection and optimization for a rapidly expanding community solar+storage project portfolio. This is a player/coach seat, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewables and a thoughtful, team-oriented mindset; prior management experience is preferred but not required.

In this role, you'll lead revenue optimization, forecasting, and analysis in collaboration with a broad broad array of internal and external groups including Finance, IT, Subscriber Operations as well vendor selection and oversight.

Responsibilities include:

Developing strategies to optimize revenue, implementing best practices in billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Analyzing revenue trends, risks, and opportunities.
Creating and managing dashboards dashboards on revenue expectations, collections, and KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration with finance, accounting, and IT

We are seeking candidates with:

BA/BS or higher level of education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of professional experience in renewable energy sector (Community/C&I experience highly preferred)
Excellent people skills and project management capabilities
