The Role
As the B2C Sales & Operations Manager at INFINIT, you will have a strong expertise in Automotive consumer finance to lead commercial negotiations with financial providers, manage dealer relations, and enhance communication between dealers, banks, and customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the UK automotive finance market, including broker finance models, dealer commission structures, and regulatory frameworks.
What do we want to achieve together?
- Lead commercial negotiations with financial providers, focusing on commission schemes and rappel agreements for car dealers
- Ensure the seamless and rapid onboarding of dealers into the B2C consumer finance aggregator platform
- Strengthen relationships and communication between dealers, banks, and customers to optimize the sales process
- Provide strategic support to Account Executives in their engagement visits with dealers, focusing on improving dealer performance in loan production and approval rates
- Track weekly loan production, performance, and gap analysis versus targets, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on progress
- Oversee monthly performance reviews, including detailed analysis of loan schemes, commission payouts, and overall dealer performance metrics
- Stay updated on UK market regulations concerning broker finance versus traditional dealer bank models, ensuring all processes remain compliant
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- 5-10 years of experience as an Account Executive within a major automotive consumer finance institution or similar position (i.e. business development manager)
- Proven track record in managing a portfolio of dealers, including regular visits and performance assessments
- Extensive knowledge of APR schemes, loan durations, commission structures, and car insurance products
- Experience negotiating commission schemes and financial terms with institutions for dealer incentives
- Strong understanding of the UK automotive finance market and its regulatory environment
- Skills:Strong analytical skills to assess dealer performance and create action plans to improve outcomes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to lead high-stakes commercial discussions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and dealer support.Proficiency in performance tracking tools and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Is advantageous
