We are looking for a Susbsidiary Director on a permanent contract based in Ashford.
Main Missions
Reporting to the UK Director, you will implement the commercial development strategy for our Ashford site, which consists of around twenty employees.
- Define the company's positioning, identify market trends, and detect growth opportunities in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Coordinate the management of strategic accounts with a strong presence in the field and contribute to acquiring major accounts.
- Define and build commercial action plans in collaboration with Sales Directors.
- Evaluate the individual performance of your team through regular interviews: analysis of performance indicators (KPIs), assessment of goal achievement, implementation of corrective actions.
- Provide reporting to the General Management.
- Develop and monitor the operating budgets of the sales department (human and financial resources) in close collaboration with General Management and the Administrative and Financial Department.
- You also have responsibility for the operational management of the site, ensuring the implementation of sales actions, team development, and financial profitability. You establish quality social dialogue, ensure the prevention and safety of the employees.
- You perform all your duties with a spirit of continuous improvement while respecting internal processes and group policies.
- You coordinate the various services of the entity: Commercial, Purchasing, Technical, Production, Logistics.

Profile / Skills Required
Holder of a higher education degree such as a Master's in Business School or Technical Engineering, you have at least 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a position involving the management of a multidisciplinary team and/or in sales, commerce, partly acquired in the technical products sector. You master the rules of international trade as well as the reading and monitoring of a P&L.
We are searching for someone with strong business acumen, a strong aptitude for IT tools, e-commerce, and numbers. Rigor, organization, priority management, interpersonal skills, curiosity, and leadership are your assets to succeed in this position.
Knowledge of French would be an asset.
Remuneration
- Fixed: £60,900 - £65,250 per year
- OTE: £91,000 - £97,500 per year
- Working time: 39h/week
- 22 days of paid leave + bank holidays per year (working days)
- Car allowance
