Overview:
The Sales Operations Manager role is primarily responsible for producing actionable business insights in PowerBI and Salesforce for our sales, and commercial teams. This individual will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in sales compensation administration, and a knack for creating impactful presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales Compensation and SPIFF Administration:

Administer monthly sales compensation plans using SPIFF, including annual rebuild.

Analyze attainment metrics to ensure accurate compensation payout and to motivate sales performance.

Build and maintain quota models that align with company goals and sales strategies.

Work closely with sales leadership to review and update quotas as needed.

Key support of the annual planning process by gathering and analyzing relevant data, participating in creating the final plan, and segmenting it for different account segments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the organization.

Maintain and enhance weekly sales forecasting practices, including preparing decks and excel tracking.

Deliver biweekly board slides that compare the finance budget with ongoing sales calls and provide detailed reporting insights.

Design and maintain Power BI sales reporting dashboards to visualize sales performance and trends.

Ensure timely and accurate data updates and serve as a primary contact for reporting-related inquiries.

Board Presentation Preparation:

Support creation of board slides to illustrate sales productivity and key performance metrics.

Prepare insightful presentations that support executive decision-making.

Town Hall Presentation Preparation:

Create engaging and informative Town Hall slides for company-wide, sales, and commercial meetings.

Ensure all materials effectively communicate updates and achievements to the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics or a related field

5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, compensation, or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce and Power BI

Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Exceptional presentation skills, with experience preparing executive-level reporting and visualizations.
