Our customer facing teams at Maltego use multiple tools throughout our funnel. To fuel our continued growth, we must constantly upgrade the capabilities of our processes and systems and reduce complexity to allow for automated, efficient and scalable processes
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence across our revenue-generating functions. Reporting directly to the Director Strategic Finance, this role will be instrumental in building, refining, and optimizing the infrastructure that supports our Sales, Billing, Deal Desk, and GTM operations.
What To Expect
- Oversee multiple aspects of our GTM tech stack, including budget management, procurement, administration, and system updates. Ensure tools like Salesforce, Zuora, and others are integrated and optimized to support sales and GTM operations.
- Drive GTM tool integrations to ensure seamless functionality and data flow between platforms, aligning with our sales and customer success processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Product teams to define system requirements, reporting capabilities, and analytics needs.
- Partner with GTM leadership people and training teams to ensure effective user adoption and tool usage across their teams.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives to improve GTM operations, enhancing customer journey productivity and process efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to GTM process pain points, offering both short-term fixes and long-term improvements
Your profile in short
- 5+ years of experience in sales / revenue operations, including hands-on work with Salesforce, subscription management tools, and SaaS B2B business models.
- Experience working in GTM environments, particularly with teams selling to enterprise companies and large government organizations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technology and processes to address GTM challenges.
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex technical details into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record managing complex sales tech stacks, including Salesforce, account planning, data enrichment, and productivity tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about data integrity and ensuring that sales systems support the highest levels of data quality.
