What you’ll do as a Sales Operations Enablement Associate
- Design and implement coaching and training programs to optimize performance and address skill gaps.
- Develop, maintain, and manage scalable resources like playbooks and training modules to support team growth.
- Oversee the lifecycle of enablement projects, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Measure program success through data analysis and reporting, refining strategies for maximum impact.
- Streamline the VIP Team processes, document best practices, and act as a key contact for enablement-related needs.
- Communicate updates and outcomes to leadership to align initiatives with broader goals.
What you’ll bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Education, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, sales enablement, training, project management, or a related role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Lessonly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience leveraging feedback mechanisms like NPS for improvement.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 56,000.00 USD - 70,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
