Role: Sales Operations Analyst
The role:

UP3 is growing at a rapid rate, and we are looking for Sales Operations Analyst to help support our sales team as we grow.
We are looking for someone with a blend of technical and analytical skills, who gets excited about great process and high-quality data. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining our HubSpot CRM, optimising sales processes, and providing analytics that drive decision-making. Your work will directly impact our sales efficiency and success.
You will have experience in sales operations within a software or SaaS environment, are HubSpot proficient, and possess strong analytical skills. You will be the go-to person for sales data for multiple business stakeholders and provide efficient and effective support while owning your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn data, ensuring data integrity and optimising workflows.
- Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards.
- Track key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of our sales processes and suggest improvements.
- Facilitate sales and operations strategy development and execution.
- Support sales teams with custom opportunities and operational tasks.
- Support a cross-functional team to pull together RFP and bid responses.
- Apply data cleansing techniques.
- Engage with internal stakeholders for data needs and analysis.
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales support in a SaaS company.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and business intelligence tools.
- Competency with relational databases and SQL queries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and strategic problem-solving ability.
- HubSpot Admin or Developer certification preferred but not essential.

- £40k - £45k salary based on experience and 7.5% performance related bonus paid bi-annually.

Maternity and Parental Leave
We offer an enhanced maternity and parental leave package. For maternity and adoption, we will provide you with 16 weeks full pay, followed by 23 weeks Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP). And for Paternity and other Parental leave, you’ll receive 4 weeks of full pay. In addition, we encourage you to take as much time as you need for ante and post-natal appointments.
