We’re looking for a Sales Operations Lead to join Team Snapchat! The mission of the Sales Operations Strategy group is to maximize ads business growth and performance by being the objective, trusted partner to Leadership – through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. You’ll partner with Sales and cross-functional teams (i.e. Product Marketing, Finance, etc.) to set strategy, generate impactful insights, provide recommendations and manage commercial execution-oriented initiatives.
Working from our London office, you’ll directly support the EMEA Large Client Solutions (LCS) team in efforts to amplify revenue, improve sales productivity, set business rhythm and operations, and directly shape the future of the Snapchat experience for advertisers.
What you'll do:
Support automation requests across EMEA for reporting purposesCollect, analyzing and coordinating quantitative data and creating meaningful reports/dashboards to support decision-making across the regionOptimize reporting to reflect consistency in sources of truth, and align stakeholders in your domain on definitions of metrics and dimensions. Conduct analysis using internal and external data (e.g. Customer, Revenue, Product, Market and Industry) to derive insights to drive business improvementEstablish and embed critical metrics to guide and evaluate sales team behaviors Systematize best practices in the sales process and continuously improve critical workflows. Support the LCS weekly revenue reporting cadence, including development of materials and ad hoc analyses, reinforce the operational backbone of the team. Optimize books of business on a quarterly basis and support quarterly goal setting including sales team and sales rep quotasWork closely with the EMEA Leadership team to identify, define, launch and operationalize initiatives, including:
- Identifying areas of market opportunity and gaps in order to prioritize customer segments accordingly
- Deploying data-driven strategies related to global resourcing, sales effectiveness, and go-to-market programs.
- Pinpointing revenue blockers and working cross-functionally to resolve them
- Surfacing cross-sell and upsell opportunities to the Sales team, evaluate impact
- Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company and represent the market and/or Sales Operations in cross-functional/leadership discussions
- Develop and package recommendations for communication to Sales Managers and leadership
- Establish and support a unified go to market strategy across EMEA
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 4+ years experience involving analytical rigor and program management/operational skills typically seen in, but not restricted to, functions like Management Consulting, Sales/Business Operations, Finance or other similar functions.
- Experience in using SQL and/or Python.
- Experience with ML forecasting models.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools such as Looker, Looker Data Studio, BigQuery; proficiency with Salesforce, CRM Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in excel with demonstrated experience in building excel models to solve business problems end-to-end.
- Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Experience approaching problems using a structured, analytical mindset, providing practical business insights from data, with strong business acumen and judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for audiences ranging from customers to sales teams to Snap’s business leadership
- Best-in-class partnership with Sales and cross-functional teams, including an ability to navigate complex discussions, challenge stakeholders respectfully and manage disagreement effectively
- Proficiency in developing clear and compelling recommendations with follow through on execution once recommendations are adopted
