Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales/Operations Manager to join our team and help us deliver top-tier landscaping and hardscaping solutions to our clients. In this role, you will combine your passion for landscaping with your skills in sales and operations to lead our team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their landscaping and hardscaping needs and design solutions that align with their ideas and preferences.
Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of services.
Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team members to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients, grow business opportunities, and retain existing accounts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and operations management within the landscape or construction industry.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and lead a team effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to work with clients, vendors, and team members.
A passion for landscaping and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Clean personal and driving background check.
