What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide strategic and operational guidance to sales teams on deals and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with sales representatives to structure deals that meet customer needs and corporate goals
- Manage the end-to-end deal approval process, coordinating with sales, finance, legal, and executive stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships for effective communication and collaboration across departments
- Continuously improve and streamline deal desk and order management processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, finance, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior executives
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Google Suite (nice to have)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in deal desk or sales operations within a cybersecurity or technology-focused company
- Familiarity with financial modeling and revenue recognition principles
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
