Job Title: BPO/Call Center/Contact Center/Sales Operations Manager*

- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing call center operations, specifically for US/UK processes.

- Proven expertise in building, managing, and motivating teams to enhance productivity and performance.

- Strong understanding of dialer systems and CRM metrics.

- Experience in training and coaching call center teams to improve sales, particularly for US customers.

*Responsibilities:*

- Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the call center.

- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets.

- Develop strategies to improve sales metrics and drive growth for the organization.

- Streamline workflows and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for better efficiency.

- Participate actively in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

*Qualifications:*

- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing or Management.
