Job/Position Summary

As the Sales Operations Manager you are responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations within the Sales Department. You leverage a strong foundation of traditional sales and operations best practices, and an openness for innovation to continually improve workflows and promote efficiencies. Using your analytical nature, you refine the process using real time data to exceed your sales goals for 1health.

Primary Responsibilities

Ideation and Experimentation - Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
Documentation - Creates, organizes and maintains documenting systems to track any procedural changes, updates, collateral and/or newly developed systems.
Finance - Develops, manages, and reports on key revenue and margin metrics. Actively partners with the Finance team on financial reporting.
Sales - Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas. Enhances sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes. Presents annual and quarterly goals to the sales team.
Leadership - Acts as a liaison for the sales team. Provides leadership, mentorship, training, onboarding, and direction as needed.
Reporting - Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards. Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.

Requirements

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is required.
A minimum of three (3) years of management and sales operation experience is required.
High aptitude and prior experience working with Salesforce, familiarity with HubSpot, and other sales software is required.
Prior experience in developing “go to market” models for products and campaigns is required.
Proven examples and experience of increasing reps’ efficiency with leads, transactions and time management is required.
Experience working within a start-up and/or ambiguous environment, with proven experience to be adaptable, is preferred.
Experience working in healthcare is preferred.
Experience working within a Software as a Service (SaaS) company is preferred.
