We are urgently looking for an Angel Investor - Working Partner for the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) who can bring some cash to the Venture as Startup Capital against Convertible Preferred Stocks. Minimum $20k Investment in the venture is required to take on the CRO Role.

We are an upcoming, 'Sustainable' 360° MPO-Martech Company, with its own SaaS Offering keeping Sustainability and Zero Impact as its Core Value Proposition. A Sustainable MPO-Martech Company which is being built from the ground up keeping Sustainability and ESG Impact at its core, to help Corporates attain their Sustainability Goals by using sustainable marketing methodologies and technologies.

The C Corporation is being registered in Delaware, USA, and has plans to set up European HQ in Dublin, Ireland. Its experienced Partners are presently based out of the US and India, and we are looking for our Chief Marketing Officer who will be based out of the US.

You should have a minimum 8 years' experience as a CRO in American/British/Singapore/Indian Companies

You should be open to international travels if needed

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) position is vested equity based (1 year cliff + 3 years vesting). For the CRO position 7.5% of General Vested Stocks will be reserved for you AT PAR Price.

Equity Information for CRO Position

For the Chief Revenu Officer position we are looking for experienced Entrepreneurial Candidates who are willing to work with us as an Investor Working Partner and who can also bring in Capital to the extent of $20k-$50k (USD) and pick up added Preferred Stocks of the Company by contributing to the Startup Capital. Yes, we want you to have some skin in the game to be sure that you will go out of the way to push the company to perform so that you can get desired returns from your initial investment. It's your company. You are making it so you have to do what needs to be done.

These Convertible Preferred Stocks that you will purchase at the time of formation will convert to General Equity (Common Stocks) at a Minimum 1:10 Ratio and at a Maximum of 1:25 depending on what type of Preferred Stock you are buying. So, each Convertible Preferred Stock Purchased will convert to a minimum of 10 General Stocks in future and to a Maximum of 25 Common Stocks after 5 years. These Convertible Preferred Stocks are to be purchased above the 7.5% General Vested Stocks that are getting offered at AT PAR price to the Founders.

Good News is on the First Offer of Common Stocks you get to pick an equal number of Vested Equity alongside other partners, that's 10 million shares at '$100. The 7.5% reservation on Common Stocks kicks in from the next round. If you become the CMO, at the end of the four quarters post Incorporation you will have 40M Common Stocks which will vest over 4 years. Add to that the Convertible Preferred Stocks you will be picking. If you invest $50k after 5 years you will be holding 110M Common Stocks in hand (Common Stocks + Common Stocks Converted from Preferred Stocks).

Work Hours:

We are flexible with work hours and if you have your own firm and or are a Partner in another venture that is perfectly fine with us if your venture is not in direct competition with us that is a Sustainable Martech Venture. As a working Partner you will be required to put in a minimum of 2 hours of work per day, 5 days a week, for the first quarter. 10 Hours a week. We will raise an hour every quarter so you can do what you are doing and still work with us. By 7th Quarter you are expected to work 8 hrs a day with us. That's like 1.5 years from now. You will start with 2 hours a day.

Board Position:

As you are bringing capital to the company you will also be awarded a Board Position in the Venture.

Working Stipend:

A small stipend will be provided per month to all Working Partners for basic expenses to the extent of $1000 per month approximately. The final amount will depend on Startup Capital we manage to raise at incorporation till proper salary is provided in due course of time.

Salary Agreement:

Before incorporation we will also prepare a Salary Agreement mentioning some trigger events like VC Funding post which proper professional salaries will click in at par US Market rates for Funded Startups.
