Vice President of Revenue Operations

The Vice President of Revenue Operations is a senior role within the Commercial Enablement organization that oversees two critical areas: the Revenue Operations team and a new Data Analytics function.

Organizational structure:

The Vice President reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. The Vice President of Revenue Operations directly manages RevOps and oversees the performance of the global RevOps Leads, Specialists and Coordinator teams, and will have a dotted line to a marketing operations manager on the marketing team. The Vice President of Revenue Operations will build the analytics and reporting capabilities and ensure cohesion within this team.

Responsibilities:

Lead the commercial revenue operations team’s effectiveness and functions, including measuring sales force productivity, key revenue/bookings reporting, client health metrics, sales pipeline analysis, and client contract management.
Drive the professional growth and development of the team.
Lead the development of a new commercial data analytics function, including reporting systems, data analytics and intelligence, to provide new insights on commercial performance against the company's strategic priorities.
Serve as a business owner of our technology, including our salesforce instance, and oversee our processes, integrations, fields, documentation, training for the commercial team, and managing changes based on organization and process changes.
Within the new analytics function, build a new data governance model around Customer Segmentation & Intelligence (including geographic, demographic, psychographics, and buyer behaviors) to create a single true view of 3Pillar customers by portfolio and bring to life advanced commercial data reporting aligned to KPIs and priorities (including leveraging reporting systems and technology, including Salesforce and PowerBI)
Ensure a seamless data structure and maintain data integrity across technologies and platforms.

Qualifications:

12+ years of experience managing a global department in a rapid growth company.
Experience in sales and marketing operations and building out a revenue operations function for scale.
Strong analytical skills and experience creating or working with others to Understanding of ABM strategy and implementation preferred.
Familiarity with sales and marketing technology including Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and ABM software
Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to people at all levels both internally and externally.
8-10 years of experience working in Sales or Marketing in the B2B services or technology space; familiarity with agile and/or product development best practices a big plus.
Experience managing a team and budget.
Proven results driving business metrics and optimizing for ROI.
Ability to manage both short-term and long-term priorities simultaneously.
High tolerance for ambiguity and the willingness/ability to figure things out without having all the answers.
Eagerness to learn, develop and grow as a marketing professional.
