This is done through our unique technology, including an end-to-end suite of collaboration tools, which helps brands connect and track offline video shoots back to an automated online workflow. We provide brands access to more than 13,700 creators in over 160 countries and 900 cities across categories including videographers, directors, editors, animators, drone operators, photographers, and many more.

Today, with over 40,000 videos created for the world’s biggest Brands across multiple sectors - from Amazon to Unilever, Deloitte to Marriott – our vision to create the world’s leading cloud video production platform still remains at the heart of everything we do.

We’re a 10-year-old company at the Series B+/Pre-IPO phase, have been through self-funding, then 6 years of Venture capital partnering with Sequoia Capital, Airtree Ventures, SIG, and others. We’ve had years of high growth, a dip, and recovery and are now growing as a profitable company with good margins, strong balance sheet, and about 40% growth YoY.

What You'll Love Doing

Discover and maintenance sales tools to the process to streamline and automate as much as possible - making efficiency changes along the way!
Ensure sales process design and corresponding system configurations are best in class and are continuously adapting to the sales environment
Maintain scalability and high growth of various operational processes through automation
Identify, design, and implement improvements to the CRM (Hubspot) and other sales, and customer management tools, as well as support the day-to-day operation and support of those tools to maximize productivity and funnel visibility
Partner with global teams to define and solve problems/opportunities that impact the organization
Proactively identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements that meet business requirements
Analyze data, and reports and have feedback sessions to help optimize the team’s operational performance, assess processes and take action!

Who You are

You have demonstrated success in sales operations, ideally from Martech/Adtech/Publishing
You have experience implementing improvements to CRM systems, mapping and creating the optimum operational tools
You have prior experience working with Hubspot
Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis
You have good data platform knowledge - Google Studio/Tableau
Track record in driving change and removing hurdles in a fast-paced environment
You have excellent presentation and communication skills
You are self-driven, proactive, detail-orientated, pragmatic, and have a can-do attitude
