SUMMARY: The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, managing the sales process while focusing on providing operational and administrative support for the sales organization to run effectively, and efficiently, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Implements, improves and maintains the operational functions of the sales operations team

· Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs (customer relationship management, Salesforce), often in collaboration with IT

· Proactively monitor the data integrity within the CRM database

· Training the team in products, market, and processes for sales excellence ensuring the effective roll-out of new processes and tools

· Process optimization; defining and refining structured sales processes for efficiency

· Collaborate with internal departments to work cohesively in execution of Projects

· Monthly metrics reporting; collaborate with manager team to track and report all key performance indicators against annual, quarterly and monthly goals, by region. Refresh all management dashboards, regional reports and executive review documents.

· Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

· Proficient in MS Office

· Ability to work independently

· Knowledge of data modeling and analytics

· Strong skills in project management

· Problem Solving

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and ensure tasks are completed on time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
