Business Operations Internship Program

Work location: Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida
Duration: 3-6 months
Working days & timing: Monday to Saturday, 10am – 7pm

About the Internship:

The Business Operations Internship provides hands-on experience in managing and optimizing key business functions. Interns will work closely with different departments, gaining insights into operational efficiency, process management, recruitment, and client interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Assist in streamlining business processes to improve efficiency.

· Support day-to-day operations, including sales coordination and client management.

· Conduct market research and analyze business trends.

· Assist in documentation, reporting, and maintaining operational databases.

· Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow.

· Handle communication and follow-ups with vendors and clients.

· Work on process automation and suggest improvements.

· Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

· Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

· Support employer branding efforts through job postings and social media outreach.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, Human Resources, or a related field.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
