Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for the overall management of all aspects of revenue (excluding marketing) with an emphasis on sustainable growth. This involves working closely with relevant board members where required, and includes:
# Fundraising: new and existing fundraising streams and donors
# Government grants and financial support: work with the CEO and relevant Board members to drive government funding.
# Alternative funding sources: creating new funding opportunities for ADHDA to support growth and stability.

Added to this, you will be required to:
# Work closely with the Marketing team.
# Lead the development and management of the revenue and growth strategy and execution
# Lead the development and management of revenue partners and donors
# Recruit and manage volunteer funding/fundraising specialist team
# Monitor and report on revenue status, pipeline and forecasting
# Operate as a valued member of the ADHD Australia Executive team
# Work closely with Marketing and IT to build and maintain an effective database.

# Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
# Possess solid senior level revenue generating networks
# Have financial literacy
# Proven track record of growing revenue in fundraising and government funding
# A passion for stakeholder management, particularly revenue generating relationships

Qualifications and Education Requirements
# Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline
# Technical experience with business productivity tools is appreciated.
