Professional Qualifications

adMarketplace is seeking its first Global Chief Revenue Officer to serve as a pivotal leader during this incredibly successful growth period for the company. He/she will lead the development and

implementation of adMarketplace’s growth and go-to-market strategies. This past year alone, the

business saw exponential growth. As the most critical hire for the business, he/she will be instrumental in making a significant impact on the global business as part of the executive team and will work closely with CEO Jamie Hill, the President & COO, Adam Epstein, and the Board in particular.

● Recognized industry expert with a proven track record of building, scaling and expanding

successful B2B digital media businesses

● Experience and deep knowledge of media sales with expertise across the broader digital

ecosystem with a deep data and metrics driven approach

● Strong relationships with blue-chip advertisers directly as well as through consulting firms and

agency holding companies

● Proven track record of growing bookings through Fortune 50 logo acquisition and upsell of

existing accounts

● An outcome-oriented problem solver with the ability to understand, interpret, and use data to

drive analysis and decisions

● Has held full accountability and ownership for generating and delivering Revenue and

company goals in-line with other functional area strategies in past roles, at appropriate scale

and are now ready to do that even better and at even bigger scale

● Proven experience at a growth-focused business that has ideally scaled an organization to $500M+

● A self-starter who is experienced working in entrepreneurial and high-growth environments

● Experience leading and developing best-in-class teams; experience evaluating and building on

existing teams, attracting top talent and retaining successful sellers

● Deep understanding of media industry optimization and measurement

● Operates in collaboration with the broader business strategies and functional leaders; views

revenue oriented efforts as part of something bigger and can make direct impacts across

functional areas including marketing and product etc.

Role and Responsibilities

This new Global CRO will manage all sales and CS functions and will participate in strategic decision making to enable the company to continue to scale and expand. This executive will bring an entrepreneurial nature and approach but understand how to drive an existing business and commercial efforts to the next level. This Global CRO will employ a strong partnering approach, and be able to lead the revenue and customer success organizations with hands-on selling and mentoring. This leader will be able to set a global strategy aligned with the existing business objectives and successfully execute that to success. This executive will be able to open doors and build relationships with his/her team across a variety of key accounts in the brand ecosystem.

Scale:

Grow global revenue year-on-year; scale and develop the revenue strategy, and organization, in an efficient way to achieve growth goals, both short and long term
Establish and innovate the best brand position to build and expand new relationships with partners on the brand side; bridge the gap between the existing client relationships in place, and new opportunities to expand
Consistently focus on the customer experience pre and post sale
Define, evolve, and communicate what it means to be successful at adMarketplace, as the company continues to expand globally. He /she will not only grow revenue capabilities globally, but also be the leader of the success culture of adMarketplace as the company scales and pursues continued, unprecedented growth
