SALES OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE:

Here at Adtech Systems, we provide innovative video collaboration solutions to our corporate and institutional clients. We’re growing rapidly and are looking to bring a Sales Operations Associate onto our already outstanding team!
This entry-level position will give you well-rounded experience in a fast-paced industry, providing you with ongoing opportunities to learn and grow, propelling your career upward. You will work collaboratively with our sales team to provide support in a variety of key areas, ensuring our team is as efficient and effective as possible. Have Microsoft Suite experience, in particular Microsoft Excel
Have experience with Adobe PDF – you’ll use it every day!

YOU GET BONUS POINTS FOR:

Experience using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams/Slack, etc.
Have worked or interned in a sales support or direct sales environment
Are familiar with salesforce automation tools such as SFDC, Hubspot, etc.

A DAY IN THIS POSITION MAY INCLUDE:

Supporting internal operational processes related to an Adtech Sales Team
Collaborating with account managers and engineers
Utilizing ERP system related to sales opportunities
Project manage sales opportunities with designated team members

Preparing customer quotes/proposals documents
Verifying margins
Deal registration (along with procurement)
Ensuring that managed services and professional services are on proposals

Creating box sales, sales orders/projects in the ERP system
Collaborating on scopes of work and/or the renewals process
Running email sequences out of Hubspot CRM, or providing pipeline support within Hubspot
