Our company is seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Operations Manager who is passionate about driving process improvements to simplify and scale sales success as well as support downstream company resource forecasting and planning based on sales forecasting and closure velocity.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the prospect/customer life cycle process. This includes design and delivery of territory management, analyzing sales data, developing, and implementing sales processes and procedures, and working closely with the sales team to identify and address areas for process improvement. Lastly, the Sales Operations Manager will focus on core business processes associated with the delivery of our services including all steps, such as qualification, discovery, design, pricing, contracting, implementation and support to ensure comprehensive data capture, completeness, and quality to improve outcomes and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze sales data for CRO to identify trends and opportunities for sales process productivity improvements.
Create and manage sales reports and dashboards to track performance and communicate results to senior leadership.
Working with Sales Support and Customer Success, develop and implement process improvements to provide process transparency and effectiveness from sales forecasting to closed order processing to customer onboarding and customer renewal.
Manage HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Managing the company's CRM system, providing training to the sales team, ensuring use, adoption, and compliance, and driving sales support initiatives utilizing HubSpot-based insights.
Provide training to the Sales and Operations teams on the effective use of HubSpot.
Work closely with CRO and COO to identify and address areas for process improvements.
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, customer experience, marketing, and finance, to ensure the sales motion is cross-functionally aligned with the entire customer process journey.
Provide regular feedback to CRO on sales team performance and identify areas for attention.
Document the sales onboarding process to ensure compliance, repeatability, and the scaling of new sales reps.
Support cross-company resource planning and forecasting leveraging sales forecasting, sales closure, and sales velocity data.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
Relationship builder and collaborator, enjoying a fast-paced evolving work environment.
A passion for data analytics and analysis.
Experienced at using data to formulate evidence-based problem statements.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

PAY RANGE

$100,000 to $120,000/year commensurate with experience and achievement.
