What we offer you on a daily basis as Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager with a strong knowledge of Hubspot (or similar) to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales processes, tools, and data within Hubspot to ensure optimal sales performance and revenue growth. You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and work closely with the sales and marketing teams.

The components of the role

Manage and optimize the sales processes within Hubspot, including lead generation, opportunity management, pipeline reporting, and forecasting.
Work with the sales team to ensure that all sales data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly tracked within Hubspot.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all inbound leads are properly captured and routed to the sales team.
Manage and configure the sales tools within Hubspot, including sales automation, lead scoring, and sales analytics.
Work with the Director of Revenue Operations to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the sales team and the sales processes.
Provide training and support to the sales team on Hubspot and sales processes.
Work with the Director of Revenue Operations to identify and implement process improvements to optimize sales performance.

About you

At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role, preferably in a software/SaaS company.
Strong knowledge of Hubspot (or similar), particularly in relation to sales processes and data management.
Experience with CRM systems, lead management, and sales automation tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Optional: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
