The Revenue Operations team serves to align Aki’s data, process, technology, and strategy between departments including Sales, Client Services, Finance, Product, Marketing, and more. Paving the way for strong cross team collaboration; the department designs and deploys frameworks to optimize processes and execute a common set of goals.

As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will help our company grow by owning and assisting in key revenue processes, reporting, and systems management. You will act as a resource for our Sales team though reporting and creating/updating records in Salesforce. You will own regular reporting and assist in ad-hoc requests for leadership to ensure visibility into performance and operations.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting & Database Management
Provide support on report creation requests
Maintain dashboards for teams across the company
Ensure accuracy of data in Salesforce
Assist in forecasting and productivity reporting
Systems Administration
Perform basic administrative tasks in Salesforce
Assist in Salesforce improvement projects and requests
Identify possible opportunities for improvement and automation
Strategy
Develop and maintain team capacity/planning models, organizational structures, and cross-functional initiatives to increase synergies across the teams
Identify the metrics that define success for our teams and develop the systems and processes to track and report on them
Take ownership of high-impact projects/programs to deliver on our onboarding and account management goals

What we’re looking for:

1-2 years of relevant experience (could be from an internship in finance/revenue operations/accounting)
Some experience with Salesforce (either as an administrator OR as a user) and a desire to deepen those skills
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
Analytical thinker
Strong Attention to Detail
Team player who is willing to wear many hats
