We are seeking an experienced and strategic Consultant Chief Revenue Officer
(CRO) to partner with our executive team in accelerating sales performance, refining our sales process, and driving overall revenue growth. This consulting role is critical in shaping the foundation and future of our revenue-generating functions, with a sharp focus on team development, performance optimization, and sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRO-Level Coaching & Strategic Guidance

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on go-to-market and revenue

strategies.

Provide high-level coaching and mentoring to senior sales leaders and

executives.

Align sales initiatives with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.

2. Sales Process Optimization

Evaluate, redesign, and implement improvements across the end-to-end sales

process. Identify inefficiencies and apply best-in-class methodologies to streamline operations.

Implement scalable tools and frameworks to improve conversion rates and

reduce sales cycles.

3. Pipeline Management

Design and implement a robust, transparent pipeline management system.

Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor pipeline health and forecast revenue
accurately.

Work closely with sales teams to prioritize opportunities and drive consistent

pipeline hygiene.

4. Sales Team Performance Optimization

Assess current team structure, capabilities, and performance metrics.

Develop performance dashboards and data-driven processes for continuous
improvement.

Identify skill gaps and propose training and development initiatives to boost

effectiveness.

5. Talent & Compensation Planning

Advise on the design of sales roles, career paths, and succession planning.

Review and recommend compensation structures aligned with performance
objectives and market benchmarks.

Support recruitment and onboarding of high-performing sales talent as needed.

6. Team Coaching & Enablement

Deliver regular coaching sessions for individual reps and team leads.
Develop and lead enablement programs to upskill the sales team in key areas.
Foster a high-performance culture through clear expectations, accountability, and recognition.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as a CRO or VP of Sales with a strong track record of driving

revenue growth. Deep knowledge of B2B sales strategies, processes, and technologies.

Experience in coaching senior executives and building sales teams from the

ground up.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable

strategies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and change management abilities.

The salary range for this position is: $5,000 - $12,000
