Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires an individual who is proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and will play a critical role in the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their business goals.
Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, effectively communicating the value and benefits of [Company Name]'s products/services.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales activities and opportunities using CRM software. Ensure all sales activities are documented accurately and promptly.
Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and other departments, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related role, preferably within the wireless or channel space.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
