Manager, Revenue Operations

POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Revenue Operations will manage Allied’s CRM and data systems, this individual will not only be a platform expert but will be able to translate data into actionable strategies and visual guides. They will help Allied use analytics to optimize decision-making, elevate client satisfaction, and ultimately, drive revenue growth. They will be responsible for providing direction by delivering data visualization, comprehensive reports, and detailed statistical analysis, they will act as the compass, guiding strategic decisions across the board.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Drive the data collection strategy for RFIs, finalist presentations, prospecting, renewals, and win-backs. Ensure that every piece of data speaks volumes about the value Allied brings to its clientele and can be woven into an appropriate narrative.
Oversees all aspects of data collection. Provides vital reports and insights to leadership. Ensures data accuracy. Ready to take charge of any new CRM projects for 2024 and beyond.
Delve deep into market share reports, opportunity analyses, and marketing campaign effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to the VP of Growth Marketing, refining, and enhancing marketing initiatives based on data-driven feedback.
Rapidly address and fulfill Ad-hoc data requests from sales, marketing, product, and operations teams. Enhance decision-making and collaboration by providing timely and relevant data insights.
Design and maintain easy-to-use dashboards and reports for the Growth Team. Champion new analysis tools and seek innovative ways to measure and represent business performance.
Extract and analyze data from Allied's new business pipeline and current book of business. Spot trends, patterns, and crucial insights that can steer the company towards robust growth.
Regularly audit and refine Growth Team data processes, ensuring consistency and quality in data entry and extraction. Champion best practices, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Lead initiatives to train personnel on best practices for data management. Serve as the go-to expert for data-related challenges, ensuring the Growth Team utilizes its data resources optimally.

Offer technical support to assigned personnel and support resources.
Conduct training for consistent data entry and reliable data retrieval processes.
Engage in other related duties as needed to support organizational goals.
Uphold and promote Allied’s corporate values.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Business Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics or equivalent work experience required.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Minimum of five years' experience in data analysis, cleansing, and mining required.
Proficiency with CRM software and digital presentation tools.
Experience in TPAs, MGUs, or Insurance is advantageous.
Proficiency in Excel, Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and statistical analysis. SQL experience preferred.
Advanced user of MS Office Suite.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong business acumen with problem-solving capabilities.
Willingness to learn Allied's various business systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated, able to work cross functionally.
Ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
