JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly dedicated, organized, and analytical Business Operations Associate to assist the Founder in managing a diverse business portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site, execution-focused role based at our Sarjapur Main Road office. You will act as the Founder's operational right hand—gathering data, compiling reports, and executing specific directives across our restaurant, apparel, and commercial real estate ventures. This position offers a massive opportunity for professional growth, providing great potential to learn the inner workings, data structures, and operational strategies of three completely different business types.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Data & Information Management: Collect, organize, and analyze daily/weekly operational data, sales metrics, and financial reports from all three business sectors.

* Billing & Invoicing: Oversee billing processes, issue invoices, track incoming payments, and ensure smooth financial documentation across all businesses.

* Real Estate Asset Management: Look into and monitor the maintenance schedules of the commercial building to ensure structural upkeep, timely vendor servicing, and safety compliance.

* Stakeholder Liaison: Proactively follow up with vendors and building tenants to address operational requests, coordinate maintenance visits, and track invoices.

* Executive Execution: Act swiftly on direct instructions from the Founder to resolve operational bottlenecks or implement new processes on-site.

* Administrative Support: Maintain highly organized digital records, manage general vendor documentation, and monitor apparel inventory data.

* Internal Communication: Draft updates, follow up on action items with on-site team leads, and ensure the Founder’s directives are being implemented accurately.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Education: Must be a Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Administration, or a related discipline is preferred).

* Languages: Full proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is strictly mandatory to coordinate effectively across all stakeholders.

* Location: Must be living within close proximity to Sarjapur Main Road, Bangalore, to facilitate easy travel for a 6-day work week.

* Experience: Proven experience in business operations, billing/invoicing, or a strong administrative role.

* Interpersonal Skills: Prior experience dealing with customer service, tenant relations, or vendor management is highly preferred.

* Technical Skills: High proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) and data organization tools.

* Attributes: A strong desire to learn and adapt smoothly between different industries, an exceptional attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to execute instructions precisely.

* Workplace Readiness: Comfort working in a fast-paced, fully on-site environment on Sarjapur Main Road and visiting local property/business locations as needed.

WHAT WE OFFER

* A unique, fast-paced environment with a high learning curve.

* Direct mentorship from the Founder.

* Hands-on exposure to the restaurant, apparel, and commercial real estate industries.
