The Roofing Sales Operations Manager responsibilities will include:

Hiring, recruiting and retaining sales and operations staff
Developing budgets, sales targets and monitoring other critical KPI's
Directing overall day to day operations for production and sales department
Meet with senior management to develop monthly, quarterly, yearly budgets.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years management or supervisory experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
Clean background and driving record a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
