Description

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for assisting with the management of the Salesforce.com (CRM) instance of Allucent. This position plans, design and maintains Salesforce.com. Creates end user reports and dashboards and assists with additional data analytics. Business Operations

Contribute to the identification, development and implementation of business strategies, reports and analytics to meet the needs of the Business Development and other auxiliary teams in their use and understanding of Salesforce.com.

Track and monitor sales performance and other key business metrics

Manage third party resources and tools (SFDC, Hubspot, Zymewire, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Develop and agree upon operating procedures / business processes

Ensure the availability of required capable resources and tools to meet team needs.

Collaborate and ensure open communication with other areas

Report to the Business Development team.

Requirements

Analyze needs and implement new reports and analytics and actively participate in the Business Development team (strategy – leadership – business integration) meetings to identify and implement new goals and strategies
Actively contribute to staff learning & development within the company including onboarding new users and setting up and implementing ongoing training as needed.
Assist in providing and coordinating Salesforce.com training for BD and auxiliary departments
Review, improve and evaluate SFDC and other system usage, data analytics and reporting processes and procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience using Salesforce.com
- Salesforce.com admin certification a plus but not required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to identify needs and new opportunities to provide end user services to internal clients
- Good knowledge of end user computer systems, data, applications and operating systems
- Strong communication and networking capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language
