Position Summary

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue growth strategies for Digital and BPO services in the Customer Experience space for the company. The CRO will lead the sales, Account Management and Partner development teams, manage customer relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performance sales teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Deliverables

Formulate Sales strategy aimed at achieving business growth
Achieving specific business development metrics, including Revenue & Gross Margin targets
Managing Customer relationships and ensuring a healthy NPS with respect to Customer Satisfaction
Managing contracts with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
Mentor and motivate teams to achieve the aggressive growth targets.
Develop annual sales forecast and work with the management team to develop business plan.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Business development strategy with a goal to achieve aggressive growth plans of new and existing customers through the formulation, communication, and execution of ‘Go to Market Strategy’
Build and lead strong Sales, Account Management and Partner Engagement teams.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
Establish processes to build and review a reliable, sustainable, and profitable business pipeline aligned with the overall long-term strategy and annual goals
Lead Account Management team to drive Cross Selling of services both in the BPM & Digital space to drive sustainable growth.
Deliver profitable growth year on year as per agreed annual budgets.
Ensure achievement of client satisfaction targets through the design and effective implementation of world class customer management
Attract and retain Talent – driving a positive employee experience, leadership development and succession planning.
Identify new revenue opportunities by staying up-to-date with industry trends and market changes.
Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
Establish and develop strong external client and industry body relationships which convert into sustainable and profitable business in a very ethical and professional manner.
Liaise with external experts, regulators, and government authorities in US, as required
Work closely with marketing, operations and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.

Key Skills and Leadership Requirements

Executive presence and Gravitas to be a key member of the leadership team in US
Strong Sales background with business & financial acumen
Extensive experience and exposure to North American markets – with a specific exposure to Digital & BPM business
Ability to define a vision of the future, and to plan, strategize and execute the same
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with Customers & other senior stakeholders.
Ability to inspire and lead people
Knowledge of regulations, policy and procedures that affect the company in the North American market
An exposure to working in a matrix organization will be an advantage
Networking skills within the Business community and the industry bodies
Willingness to embrace change, being comfortable with ambiguity, work with diverse set of team members, and build trusting relationships at all levels.
Good exposure to Commercial Contracts, experience in Joint Ventures / Mergers & Acquisitions will be preferable
