The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring the organization’s financial health, strategy, and compliance. The CFO will also play a critical role in managing financial operations as we prepare for the IPO in 2026, including regulatory compliance, financial modeling, investor relations, and risk management. This role requires expertise in managing financial strategies in a distribution-based B2B business, especially in sectors such as consumer electronics, mobile devices, and solar energy.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with organizational goals.

2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management

3. Manage cash flow, investments, working capital, and financial risk management

4.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with tax professionals for accurate filings

5.Identify and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.

6.Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies

7. Lead the financial aspects of the IPO preparation, including financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes.

8. Collaborate with external advisors (investment bankers, legal teams, auditors) to ensure smooth IPO execution and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

CA Qualification
Minimum 5 Year above accounting experience
Proven track record of preparing and leading companies through IPO processes, including managing financial reporting, compliance.
Experience with accounting software and spreadsheets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
