Your Role

As our CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organization. You’ll work closely with the executive team to ensure the company’s financial health, provide strategic guidance, and position us for scalable global growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee financial strategies to support rapid growth and global expansion.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage capital structure, including fundraising, investor relations, and strategic investments.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
Establish and optimize internal financial systems and controls for scalability.
Partner with other executives to align financial strategy with overall company objectives.
Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in large technology-based companies.
Deep understanding of financial operations in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.
Expertise in fundraising, capital management, and scaling businesses globally.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate actionable insights.
Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

Pay: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

Commission pay

Schedule:

Evening shift
Monday to Friday
On call
Weekends as needed
