The Nuts and Bolts:

We are looking for an Sales Support Administrator to join our quickly growing Client Facing team. We want someone who is eager to commit and help American Christmas grow. A successful Client Facing Team Support Administrator will have superior communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. They will also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have a strong analytical background. Strong CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), Excel skills and the ability to input information is necessary to achieve strong results.

Write and review Orders for accuracy
Have a strong knowledge of our pricing model to aid the team when necessary.
Assist the VP of Sales Operations with top accounts.
Assist and be an integral part in the training of new hires.
Input information into wrike to ensure the proper execution of projects.
Work closely with the Project Manager of Sales of Operations on the installation and removal calendar.
Assembling the calendar
Working on the installation/removal season budget to ensure it coincides with our calendar.
Sourcing new labor pools
Email campaigns and correspondence
Provides data and reports – metrics reports
Answer Phones and doors when necessary
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
