Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive and accelerate our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions to enterprises and scaling revenue streams. The CRO will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating processes (either direct sales or channel partner management) and for implementing a cohesive and strategic plan to boost our customer base.

You will have the chance to contribute into becoming one of the most vital Enterprise SaaS AI platforms while securing a substantial equity stake.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

· Set and execute the company's revenue strategy, encompassing sales, customer success, and partnerships.

· Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, driving a culture of performance, collaboration, and customer-first thinking.

· Collaborate with the executive team to set short-term and long-term revenue goals and metrics.

Sales Execution & Expansion

· Lead and expand enterprise sales efforts, ensuring a consistent and rapid trajectory of growth.

· Drive a disciplined sales process, from prospecting to close.

· Identify new markets and sales channels to further drive revenue growth.

Customer Retention & Growth

· Oversee the customer success team, ensuring high retention rates and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.

· Establish feedback loops, working closely with product and marketing teams to ensure the product continues to serve and anticipate enterprise needs.

Data & Insights

· Utilize data-driven decision-making processes to drive sales strategy and tactics.

· Regularly report on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats to the executive team.

Operational Efficiency

· Optimize and streamline the sales funnel, improving processes, tools, and methodologies to accelerate sales.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Minimum 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a significant portion at the enterprise level.

· Demonstrable history of driving significant revenue growth in a SaaS enterprise startup environment.

· Proven experience in developing and managing channel partner relationships, with a track record of driving revenue through indirect sales channels.

· Strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape and buying processes.

· Proven ability to lead and scale a sales team.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong networking skills, with a vast range of professional contacts.

· Data-driven mindset with a knack for analyzing and acting on sales metrics.

· Experience with CRM systems and sales tech stack.

· Demonstrable experience in capital-raising initiatives for startups, whether through venture capital, private equity, or other financing avenues.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
