Annapurna Recruitment is exclusively partnering a VC-backed Fintech business, searching for a Chief Revenue Officer based in Berlin.

Our client has developed an AI solution to fight financial crime, by improving fraud risk detection and mitigation.

The chosen candidate will will own and define the GTM strategy with a focus on new revenue generation, while also being responsible for building and scaling the Sales team in Berlin.

Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership to execute the current strategic plan
Formulate and implement a new plan to maximise reach and new revenue generation
Provide strategic direction and leadership for GTM strategy and new revenue generation
Build, scale, and manage the Sales team in Berlin in order to drive business growth across all customer segments
Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting strategy as necessary for sustainable growth and to maximise revenue

Qualifications:

8+ years in sales leadership, driving revenue growth
Experience working with highly technical B2B software solutions
Track record of creating and executing sales strategy focussed on revenue growth and new logo acquisition
Experience working in a VC-backed, high growth business
Significant experience working in senior leadership/management roles, with P&L supervision
