Role: Revenue Operations Manager

We are looking for a Revenue Operations manager to manage and optimize the revenue operations process. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, and use data to measure and improve performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Founded in 2017, they are a global leader in utilizing Deep Learning technology to animate the human (as well as not-so-human) face, capable of creating moving and talking avatars based on a single still photograph or illustration and a few lines of written or recorded text.

A building block of the Generative AI space, customers use our partner's platforms for everything from crafting new forms of video storytelling, to elevating online courses by adding digital instructors, to putting a friendly face on customer service chatbots, all while dramatically reducing the time and cost of video production.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the revenue operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention
Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including tracking key metrics such as lead conversion and retention rates
Implement and oversee CRM across partners
Take charge of revenue processes (onboarding and offboarding partners, reporting)
Work with data team to build data integrity and align all channels
Generate performance insights on both the individual and team level
Support and manage planning and budgeting
Coordinate between all departments supporting our revenue organization
Continuously improve the rev ops processes and identify and resolve challenges and issues
Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations best practices and tools

Skills

5+ years of experience working in RevOps in SAAS companies
Masters degree/ MBA from a premier B-School with statistics, data analytics specialisation
Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance
Expert-level knowledge in CRM management (Salesforce/ Hubspot)
Highly proficient in data modeling, visualizing and reporting in business orientation
Strong ability to work both collaboratively and independently
