Summary:

Selected candidate will interface and provide support to the Sales Account Management Team. Major areas include interface with Genpact (3rd party) for contract administration and accounts receivable collection and managing book of business.

Responsibilities:

Interface with Genpact (3rd party) for contract administration & Mexico AR team for accounts receivable – support account managers as first point of contact
- Provide resolution for blocked billing and expiring price conditions
- Approve, track and resolve temporary price conditions
- Submit documents for manual (one time) invoicing (NRE, services, tooling)
- Past due accounts receivable investigation, root cause analysis and resolution
- Resolve price discrepancies and other invoicing issues brought to sales for resolution
- Track manual (one time) invoices to cash receipt
Manage book of business using SPS (Sales Planning Solution)
- Revise and add deliverables/pursuits
- Manage open pursuits and follow Quote Management process
Support BBP (Budget Business Plan) process
- Understand timeline & set action plan
- Complete data entry in SPS; work with account manager to validate revenue elements
- Complete required analysis
- Maintain data accuracy in SPS , particularly after relinking
Revenue/production forecasting and variance reporting – (elements of process requiring sales input)
- Specific customer investigation, analysis, conclusion
- Work with sales team to build proper 24 months Sales forecast
SAP (ERP Enterprise Reporting System) system user
- Assist with customer master requests and payment terms issues
- Tool for problem resolution
Assist with special projects (i.e. price audits, purchase order audits, ad hoc reports, etc.)

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required
Min 2 years of customer support experience

Ability to organize, plan and document tasks
Order to cash understanding – ERP system
