We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and friendly Sales Operations Specialist to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time position located in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Responsibilities include:

Assist with Onboarding reps
Assist with Incentives for reps
Assist with Project Management
Assist with Travel and Housing

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills:

Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to work efficiently in a high pace environment, which includes deadlines
Ability to learn and work with proprietary software
Great organizational skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
Excellent people skills
Project management
Expense reporting
