Sales Operations Coordinator

Reports to: President

Arbortech Tools Canada Inc. – Barrie, ON

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sales Operations Coordinator will work from the Canadian corporate office in Barrie, ON. They will work alongside the Inside Sales Manager, North American Sales Manager and President to help run the Canadian everyday business. They will be asked to learn and take part in every piece of the current business from warehousing and shipping to marketing and sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Represent ARBORTECH in a positive, professional, and proactive manner

· Help with inside sales and service for all accounts

· Maintain and expand accounts through direct sales, prospecting and demonstrations

· Provide customer service and facilitate order entry

· Help with everyday warehousing and shipping

· Engage with company advertising and co-op for accounts

· Work closely with team to adapt to account and market needs

· Aid with company advertising and co-op for accounts

· Support online presence through Instagram, YouTube, Facebook etc.

· Actively search for new social media opportunities (Personalities, Groups, etc.)

· Take part in shows and sales calls

· Research new trade show opportunities and work with team to push brand across Canada

· Learn the repair process for all tools and accessories

REQUIREMENTS:

A 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/institution in Business or related field
1-3 years experience in full cycle sales or an equivalent combination of skills, training, knowledge and abilities
Results driven, self managed and self-motivated
Team player that can relate and integrate with a “global team”
Ability to work as a self-starter with direction and guidance
Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations
Proven closing skills, excellent communication and experience accessing decision makers via phone and in person
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in woodworking and or the building or construction industry
