Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, providing financial guidance and support to senior management, and ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and fiscal management.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business growth and profitability
- Oversee all aspects of accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act)
- Conduct technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex accounting issues
- Manage expense management processes to optimize cost efficiency
- Provide financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee fiscal management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Lead financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial concepts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with SOX compliance and reporting requirements
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills
- Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions processes
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
