About the Marketing Team

The Role

At Athennian, the Revenue Operations Analyst plays an integral role in bridging the gap between the revenue teams. Our revenue-generating teams include marketing, sales, and customer experience. The Revenue Operations Analyst will sit on the marketing team but will work closely with members of all revenue teams to analyze data, create reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven business insights.

This role is open to remote work options in the following time zones: ET, CT, MT, and PT.

Responsibilities

Produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting to provide insights for revenue team leaders
Use data-driven thinking to assist the customer experience, sales and marketing team in understanding cost-effective channels, and identifying activities that result in higher efficiencies of CSMs, SDRs and AEs
Reviewing and updating HubSpot CRM
Proactively manage the integrity and accuracy of data, dashboards, etc. for all revenue teams
Continuously work to drive automation within the revenue reporting framework
Identify opportunities to optimize process across Marketing, Sales & Customer Experience
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives which can include: new software selection and roll-out, existing software re-configuration, team and cross-team restructuring of tasks, process and workflow creation or re-design, collaborating with technical teams for complex API integrations

What you bring

2-3 years of experience in marketing operations/sales operations/customer experience operations or related field
Basic understanding of SaaS metrics (MQLs, conversion rates, win rates, deal velocity, churn rates, NDR)
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or Salesforce), Zendesk and Jira
Familiarity with other GTM tech stacks such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Chorus/Gong is helpful, but not essential
Strong background in MS Office Suite (especially Excel/Spreadsheets)

KPIs

Understand our critical revenue systems and configure changes using direct instructions from the team
Report Revenue Metrics and spin up new metrics upon request
Provide input on how to design systems to scale and meet team requirements
Implement system configurations with limited direction from the team
Contribute to the Revenue Operations Knowledge base by writing relevant articles about our product & services offerings
