WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who will primarily focus on spearheading and continuously developing account relationships. Furthermore, this team/individual will also take on project management, system improvements, and data analytics-related responsibilities. This person should be detail-oriented and proactive, with an ability to anticipate issues and take initiative to solve for them by working closely with our global cross-functional teams.

Become an expert on all sales-related processes and gain a solid understanding of Atmosfy's in-house CRM capabilities.
Set up and maintain CRM training contents on our online learning platform.
Provide routine live trainings on sales FAQs, new system features, and operation processes.
Build in-depth analysis based on the identified metrics and produce insights and recommendations to leadership.
Drive CRM feature adoptions by leading cross-functional initiatives with partners in product, sales, and sales ops.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

1-2 years of experience working in an operational capacity that involves cross-functional team collaboration.
Not afraid to get your hands dirty and always stay positive!
Ability and appetite to learn quickly in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to independently multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Experience using and providing training on Salesforce and/or other CRMs.
Ability to work well as part of a global team, with leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
