Role Overview

As our Business Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations—driving administrative excellence, fostering HR best practices, supporting Sales efforts, and ensuring seamless coordination between Accounts, Projects, and Technical teams. You’ll run daily stand-ups, monitor key metrics, and make sure every function delivers on its commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Leadership:
Oversee office operations, vendor management, and facilities
Implement process improvements to boost efficiency
HR Management:
Manage recruitment cycles, onboarding, and performance reviews
Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and compliance
Sales Support:
Collaborate with Sales team on lead tracking, proposals, and client follow-ups
Prepare weekly sales dashboards and performance reports
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Liaise between Accounts (invoicing, receivables) and Project teams (timelines, deliverables)
Align Technical resources with project requirements and client expectations
Daily Meetings & Reporting:
Facilitate morning stand-ups with each department—track action items and resolve blockers
Produce daily/weekly status updates for senior management
Performance Monitoring:
Define and monitor KPIs for Admin, HR, Sales, Accounts, and Project delivery
Drive accountability and prompt corrective actions when targets aren’t met

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
5+ years’ experience in operations or project coordination—preferably in automation or engineering services
Strong organizational skills with a bias for action
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems a plus
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
