We are seeking an innovative, results-oriented Chief Revenue Officer who will drive the organization forward by closing the gap between innovation and winning the market.

Step into the dynamic world of the payments industry as our company’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), where the heartbeat of our organizational growth lies in your ability to inspire action through meaningful business and strategic planning. The CRO is responsible for leading the organization in designing and executing compelling strategies that optimize and sustain revenue growth and profitability for the company. This pivotal role directly influences the strategies of the organization as well as new and existing business sales, Go-to-Market and client-based sales initiatives, and strategic partner/channel strategies across sales teams and divisions.

Essential Functions

· Oversees the Sales, Business Development, and Partnership strategies and associated action plans for the organization. Accountable for achieving success in the established revenue-building goals through Sales, Business Development, Product Development and Marketing.

· Leadership of PaymentVision Sales, Marketing and Product Development includes four direct reports and two indirect reports. Proactively leads the team by providing direction, goals and communication on key issues that will empower them to gain results.

· Collaborates with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel; designed to achieve the organizations goals and objectives and drive accountability

· Strategically position Autoscribe’s market by translating sales, product and technology vision into a scalable long-term profitable growth strategy.

· Develop and execute a business plan including pipeline identification, collaboration with the sales team, partnering with the marketing director, and engaging with the applicable individuals to maximize exposure and success.

· Keep apprised on Autoscribe’s competitive position in the market; continually refine value proposition that reinforce our superior products and services.

· Identify pipeline and update each quarter based on sales success. Pipeline should include a balanced mix of membership and revenue targets.

· Identify business leaders/decision-makers at each prospect on the pipeline and conduct in-depth research on the targeted audience/customer/industry to develop customized value proposition messaging.

· Continually engage key leaders at prospects on a regular basis; work with marketing director to develop a revolving marketing plan.

· Drives revenue growth, customer retention and market expansion through existing and future partnerships.

· Develops and executes the strategy for the products and service business in the context of the overall company strategy.

· Identify business opportunities and collaborate with marketing, IT, and product management to create and execute compelling go-to-market strategies.

Position Type and Work Schedule

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work dependent on timely delivery of work product and deliverables.

Travel: Up to 30% Travel for customer meetings, leadership and team meetings or department trainings is to be determined by CRO and CEO as required by business needs.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Business, or related field required. MBA preferred.
8-10 years of demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets and implementing successful growth strategies within the Payment Industry, Collections Industry, Financial Technology or SaaS organizations.
Visionary and forward-thinking leader with deep understanding of the payment and financial technology industry
Strong expertise in leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams and leaders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced knowledge and skills in Business, Technology, and Finance Operations required.
