Summary

The Marketing Operations Specialist is a highly collaborative analytical that is able to develop and implement creative solutions to operational challenges. The ideal candidate will assist the revenue team as a whole in the achievement of its goals to optimize funnel conversion rates and velocity. This position reports to the Director of Growth Operations and will work closely with Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day to day Salesforce and Hubspot Administration tasks.
Develop user stories and work with offshore teams for Salesforce development work.
Establish processes and lead flow between systems and ensure processes are followed, and connections are made between Sales, Product, & Marketing teams.
Support campaign execution across sales and marketing disciplines
Conduct market segment and campaign analysis.
Provide End to end campaign view: (creation, execution, results and recommendations based on data driven analysis.)
Track and report on marketing activity ROI for effectiveness and informed investments.
Keen eye to identify opportunities for increased process efficiency and automation in sales and marketing, as well as the organization as a whole.
Ability to develop SOP’s for contact management, order entry, processing and approval processes.
Ability to enforce and influence, within the context of an indirect leadership role
High attention to detail, well organized, and able to manage multiple projects
Report on lead to account conversion rate by rep, Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) conversion rate.
Build and enhance team reports, ad hoc reporting, assist with board reporting packages.
Assist with Sales Operations and order execution with sales team on an as needed basis.

Who You Are

Salesforce and Hubspot Administration: Certifications required
Previous experience in sales and marketing/revenue operations
Advanced understanding of buyer’s journey with ability to identify KPIs
Demonstrated success with establishing sales processes and lead flow
Data-driven and analytical problem solver
Previous experience in creating and maintaining Salesforce dashboards and reports
Ability to enforce and influence, within the context of an indirect leadership roll
Excellent organizational skills, written and oral communication skills. Both written and verbal communication is required with the external customer as well as internal Business Leaders, Sales, and Marketing
Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
Experience in SaaS or MSP industry a plus
Comfortable in a remote (work from home) environment

The estimated OTE for this position is from $115,000 to $125,000 annually. Actual compensation my vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
