The Senior Marketing & Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance management of the Salesforce Platform. This experienced administrator will work closely with key organizational teams such as Business Operations.

You will be working as an analyst, and administrator, while also managing multiple projects that will play a huge role in developing key business processes that make an impact. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Operations, this role will focus primarily on strategic marketing projects and programs that leverage salesforce, and any other sales tools. This role is critical to the success of business operations, implementation, and any technical aspect as it relates to marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You are extremely familiar with having Marketing and Business Operations as a main stakeholder, and understand B2B marketing programs, and technical projects related to Salesforce and MarTech.

Adept in complex implementations that integrate with key marketing systems
You will play a huge part in the Marketo/Hubspot Custom Object & Field Taxonomy as it relates to Salesforce Standard Objects
Monitors performance between systems and reports back to Marketing Operations
You have a strong understanding of Marketing Attribution Models, and measuring different stages of the customer journey through data and intelligence.
Execute all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Create and maintain API and data integration processes between Salesforce and other services
Perform root cause analysis and resolution for all Salesforce Marketing issues
You have implemented a software solution end-to-end (preferably in the MarTech family) and seamlessly integrated it with Salesforce
Create and maintain Data Extensions and segmentation groups and track emails and develop relevant reports and dashboards
Build internal technical & architectural documentation, manuals, and policies
Upgrade HubSpot with new releases and models to be compatible with Salesforce parameters, and standardization
Troubleshoots issues and outages with Salesforce or systems that connect to Marketing Campaign Systems

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience required
3+ years administering and supporting Salesforce
3+ years experience with marketing automation and attribution
Experience integrating Salesforce into other MarTech tools; leveraging existing API's or developing new API's. Experience working on Salesforce instances; managing upgrades, creating workflows
You love documenting and evangelizing best practices and governance policies
Salesforce certified Admin required
Bizible (Marketo Measure) experience a plus
Salesforce platform developer a plus
Understanding of agile, sprint project management
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
HTML/CSS Skills
Ability to work as part of a team, build strong relationships, solve problems, improve processes, analyze trends, identify efficiencies, and be our main driver of change management
Ability to acquire and evaluate data
Ability to manage a portfolio of project
