In this role, you will be a driving force in creating an efficient and effective sales organization. You will perform a wide range of functions, primarily focused on driving insights into sales strategy, improvement insales operations processes, and efficiency of the sales organization. You will also undertake quantitative analysis of the firm’s sales strategy, results and efficiency with the objective of achieving sales growth and/or tactical or long-term goals.

What you will do (let’s call them Responsibilities):

Creating effective sales reporting, primarily by leveraging Salesforce.com dashboard reporting to enable end user self service
Building / Tracking strategic sales initiatives through partnering with sales leadership to define customer growth opportunities
Creating and delivering executive presentations to the executive leadership team
Creating and maintaining call center/ inside sales dashboards with emphasis on Return-On-Investment (ROI)
Provide outside sales reporting to the sales leadership team
Partner with Marketing to create a customer score card
Performing sales data analysis and reviewing metrics with emphasis on interpreting and providing insights into data results
Developing detailed sales forecasting
Managing product and sales database with an emphasis on sustainable routine reporting and automation
Analyzing and reporting on customer performance and customer experience
Providing support to sales and marketing department
Assists with related special projects as required.
Other related duties as assigned.

What you need to have (let’s call them Desired Skills and Background):

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
Prior work history working within sales or with a sales team
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Microsoft Suite, and Microsoft Power BI
Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.
Strong accounting skills.
Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Acute attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
Willing to travel 10-20%
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
