Reduce Basebrands, based out of Atlanta, Georgia is actively searching for a Sales Operations Manager reporting directly to the VP of Sales. This is an exciting position with high visibility and will contribute directly to the success of the organization.

Successful candidates will have a background and successful track record working in Sales Operations managing business processes and implementations. He or she will be an efficiency expert focused on improvements & simplification enhancing sales productivity by owning the end-to-end process of tracking sales pipeline & operations metrics.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
3-5 years of sales operations or similar role
Proven experience in developing business processes and implementing within an organization
Solid collaboration and influence management skills
Strong verbal communications skills
Strong writing skills
Strong presentation skills
Sharp analytical skills with the ability to interpret, summarize and derive insights from large data sets to drive decision making
Experience leading sales aggregations and contributions to the company Sales & Operations process
Efficiency expert who can focus on process improvement and simplification
Ability to enhance sales productivity to allow teams to work smarter by simplifying processes
Owns the end-to-end process of tracking the sales pipeline and operations metrics and delivering regular insights to key stakeholders
Owns and manages the company master assortment price file list and updates
Ability to manage SKU & UPC creation and pricing set up for retail partners
Ability to analyze and data cleanse POS trends across a variety of retailers to help team make good strategic decisions that are based on performance
Manage the Excess & Obsolete list on behalf of sales to help keep inventory at a manageable level
New Item Planning – taking charge of coordinating with sales, marketing, and supply planning teams to ensure proper initial forecast in planned to supply customer needs.
Ability to identify and communicate process pain points to leadership and comfortable suggesting a solution.
Highly organized with a keen sense for details
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
